Peri Choccy Dessert Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Peri Hot Choccy blend (= 1 serve)
- 1 tin coconut cream
- 1 glug vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup chia seeds.
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
- Pop in the fridge overnight (or at least a couple of hours) for chia seeds to swell and pudding to thicken up.
- Add to your fave-y dessert bowl or glass. Top with berries or your favourite topping. Enjoy when the cravings hit and enjoy a delicious dessert knowing you're supporting your body as you move through perimenopause.
