Shipping policy
Free Shipping Anywhere in Australia for Orders Over $100, Sample Packs and Subscriptions
All orders over $150 Australian Dollars (available only in Australia) and sample packs are FREE shipping anywhere in Australia. We use Australia Post and parcels will take between 3 – 7 business days to receive.
Orders under $150 Australian Dollars will cost $5.95 Standard Australia Post, $15 Express Post.
All subscription orders are shipped according to our standard delivery timelines. Free shipping applies to all subscription orders over $80. All orders under $80 will be charged $5.95 shipping fee.
Postage Methods
We use Australia Post to deliver all our orders. When you have placed an order you will be notified via email together with your unique tracking number. This number can be used to track your order here once we have shipped your product and issued you with a tracking number. Standard delivery times are between 3-7 business days.
Order Processing
Our team processes orders on weekdays, excluding public holidays. If you have a query, you can reach out to our Customer Experience Team if you have any questions. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday morning.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed and ready to be shipped.
International Shipping
A flat rate of $10 Australian Dollars applies to all New Zealand orders and uses the Australia Post International standard service.
A flat rate of $20 Australian Dollars applies to all international orders (excluding New Zealand) and uses the Australia Post International standard service.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't currently ship to the US or Canada.
Orders are generally received within 1 and 3 weeks from the date of order and you can follow the status of your delivery with the tracking details provided. It is a legal requirement that we state the value of your order on the package in order to assist customs and postage in your country.
Please note that all applicable customs fees, taxes and country-specific duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you want to know more about these areas we advise contacting your local customs office as every country is subject to different rulings.
