I've always loved roses, so was very happy to discover this indulgent option. They taste like roses, are great covered in dark chocolate or used in scones with lavender infused cream :)

I pair them with goat milk (easier on my gut), greek yoghurt, cocoa powder (iron) and peri rose and vanilla latte morning "breakie drink thingy".

I'm not a big breakfast eater, so this gives me a morning hydration kick start.

The rose pedal sprinkles look lovely on fudge or mudcake as well.

If you make it yourself, you can add beetroot to the mudcake for extra nutrition.
