At SheBANG! Woman, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you've purchased a full-size product directly from shebangwoman.com.au and it isn't for you, you're covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

How it works

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you decide the product isn't right for you, we'll issue you with a Store Credit to use on a future purchase.

Our Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Eligibility

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Applies to full-size products purchased directly from shebangwoman.com.au.

  • Applies once per customer.

  • Must be claimed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Sample Packs

  • Subscription orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products purchased through retailers or stockists

  • Repeat claims for the same flavour/product.

If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, please contact the store you purchased it from, as their returns policy will apply.

Bundle Purchases

If you purchased one of our bundles and decide one of the products isn't for you, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows a Store Credit for one product within the bundle only.

You may choose which product you would like credited.

The remaining products are considered accepted and are not eligible for additional Store Credits under the guarantee.

Before You Contact Us

Many of our products contain real herbs, spices and botanicals, so flavour, colour and texture can vary naturally.

If you're experiencing something unexpected, we may first suggest a few preparation tips, as changing how the product is prepared often improves the experience.

Product Quality Concerns

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, contaminated, or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where possible

We'll investigate promptly and work with you to find the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Where appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We'll investigate with Australia Post and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement order.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

In most cases, we do not require products covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to be returned.

If we do require a product to be returned for quality assessment or investigation, we'll provide you with instructions before any return is sent.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
