Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a subscription with SheBANG! Woman, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Orders

When you set up a subscription, your selected product(s) will automatically renew at the chosen frequency (e.g. every 15, 30, or 60 days). Each renewal will be charged to your nominated payment method on file.

2. Order Processing

Once a subscription order has been processed and payment has been taken, we’re unable to cancel, change, or refund that order.

We send a reminder email three (3) days before your next order is processed to give you time to make any changes, skip an order, or cancel your subscription.

To update your subscription, you can:

If no changes are made within that 3-day window, your order will proceed as scheduled.

3. Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel, pause, or amend your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Once payment has been taken, the order will be shipped as planned and cannot be modified or refunded.

4. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, the system may automatically retry the payment. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until a valid payment method is added.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All subscription orders are shipped according to our standard delivery timelines. Free shipping applies to all subscription orders over $80. All orders under $80 will be charged $5.95 shipping fee.

6. Returns

As subscription products are automatically processed and packed, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price or product changes before your next order is processed.
