That's why we offer our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, so you can try SheBANG! with confidence.

This guarantee applies to purchases made directly from www.shebangwoman.com.au and is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How it works

If you're not completely satisfied with your SheBANG! product within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll happily provide you with a Store Credit so you can try another product from our range.

Simply:

  • Email us at help@shebangwoman.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and let us know what's happened.
  • Our team may offer a few preparation tips first, as many flavour, texture or mixing concerns can often be resolved with a different preparation method.
  • If your claim is approved, we'll issue you with a Store Credit for the value of your eligible product.

Eligibility

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Applies to full-size products purchased directly from shebangwoman.com.au.
  • May be claimed once per customer.
  • Covers one eligible product.
  • Must be claimed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

  • If you purchased one of our bundles, the guarantee covers one product within the bundle only.
  • Sample Packs are excluded from this guarantee.
  • Subscription orders are excluded from this guarantee.
  • Sale and clearance items are excluded from this guarantee.
  • Products purchased from one of our retail partners or stockists are covered by the retailer's own returns policy.
  • Store Credit will be issued for the amount paid for the eligible product at the time of purchase.
  • In most cases, products covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee do not need to be returned. If we require a product for quality testing or investigation, we'll let you know and provide return instructions.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or you have concerns about product quality, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Please email help@shebangwoman.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product (where possible)
  • A brief description of the issue

If we need the product returned for assessment, we'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If your product has a major fault or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
