SheBANG! 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy

At SheBANG! we want you to feel the whole SheBANG! – not only with our products but also with our customer service.

We’re super proud of the support we provide (always quick, always kind) and we know that sometimes, taste and preferences can be a very personal thing.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

This policy applies to all purchases made online at www.shebangwoman.com.au and is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your SheBANG! goodies within 30 days, we’ll happily offer you a credit note so you can try a different product from our range.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us at hey@shebangwoman.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and let us know how you’ve been enjoying your SheBANG! product.
  3. Once approved, we’ll issue you a credit note for the value of your product (less shipping and handling).

Important Notes

  • The guarantee is limited to one time per customer.
  • Sample packs and subscription orders are excluded from this guarantee.
  • If returning a product, all other product pouches must remain sealed.
  • Return postage is at your own cost, and we recommend tracked shipping.
  • Sale items are not eligible under this policy.

Faulty Goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at hey@shebangwoman.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A description of the fault/damage

If a return is required, we’ll provide a reply-paid code so you can send the item back to us.
