An easy, chuck-it-all-in-and-blend recipe we all love at SheBANG! HQ!
- 1 tablespoon of Peri Protein POWder with KSM-66 Ashwagandha
- 1 cup of your choice of milk (dairy, nut, oat etc)
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt or dairy-free option e.g CoYo
- 1 handful of your choice of greens (Don't be shy! Spinach is great but go the broccoli too if you have that in the fridge)
- 1 tablespoon of your choice of nut butter e.g. cashew/peanut/brazil/almond
- 1/4 avocado.
Whizz it all up until smooth and enjoy!
