Our recipe for Peri Protein Vanilla Dream overnight oats is an awesome breakfast for perimenopause!

It’s easy and packs a high-protein punch with 23.2g of protein so you’re taking care of business by maintaining your muscle mass and bone density - so important during perimenopause.

Not only does this brekkie pack a protein punch, you’re also going to be getting loaded with clinically tested KSM-66 Ashwagandha which helps your cognitive functioning, brain health, alleviates stress and improves your sleep.

You can use this recipe as a great base recipe - add different ingredients as you go for a real overnight oatsy- adventure!


  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups your choice of milk
  • 1 scoop of Peri Protein POWder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt (or a dairy-free option if you prefer).


Simply add all the ingredients into a container, stir and pop into the fridge overnight.

To serve: your choice of berries and chopped nuts
