Grab your Peri Hot Choccy Sleep 'n' Soothe blend for this chill recipe - it's packed with magnesium for mood, sleep and your nervous system, hops to help you sleep and is 80% Belgian Cacao because hey! We need all the magnesium we can get and also we're all about good clean ingredients that will support your body through perimenopause.
🍫 Ingredients
- 1 cup your choice of milk
- 1 tablespoon of SheBANG!’s Peri Hot Choccy Sleep ‘n’ Soothe
- Plenty of ice
- Your choice of sweetener if needed (it’s great without though).
👩🏼🍳 Method
- Add the Peri Hot Choccy to 1 cup of milk
- Whisk. Add any sweetener if using. Whisk again.
- Pour over a large glass packed with ice.
- Enjoy!
