High-Protein Nectarine Cream Chia Pudding
Makes 2 breakfasts
Ingredients
- 1 400ml tin of coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (we love almond)
- 4 tablespoons Peri Protein POWder - Vanilla
- 1 nectarine
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Method
- Pop coconut cream, nut butter, Peri Protein POWder - Vanilla and nectarine in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir until combined.
- Pour cream mixture into a container, seal and pop into the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours.
- When the chia seeds are lovely and swollen and soft, you're ready to go! Top your Nectarine Cream Chia Pudding with chopped fresh fruit and nuts and enjoy!
