Peri Chai Summer Smoothie with Mango and Peach Recipe
Ingredients
- Half a mango
- 1 peach
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 dessertspoon of nut butter (we like cashew nut butter)
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- A dash of vanilla essence
- 1 dessertspoon of Peri Chai Latte (loaded with Magnesium Glycinate, Collagen and Turmeric for peri symptoms).
Method
- Pop all ingredients in a blender
- Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Sip your peri symptoms away. Enjoy!
