Peri Choccy Dessert Recipe: Helps Sleep in Perimenopause

This yummy dessert is like a dark chocolate soft serve ice cream (if you prefer a less dark choccy taste, reduce the choccy quantity by half and add a dash of vanilla essence.
This choccy treat works on sleep and mood in perimenopause thanks to the magnesium, hops and Maca root in the Peri Hot Choccy blend.
PERI CHOCCY DESSERT RECIPE FOR GREAT SLEEP IN PERIMENOPAUSE
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 dessertspoon SheBANG! Peri Hot Choccy Sleep ‘n’ Soothe (reduce quantity if you prefer a less dark/strong choccy taste)
- Optional: add a nut butter/vanilla essence/frozen coconut cream.
Method
- Blend for 20 seconds or until like soft serve ice cream.
- Scrape into a bowl.
