Peri Protein Hazelnut and Raspberry POWer Balls
SheBANG!'s Peri Protein Hazelnut and Raspberry POWer Balls is a fabulous afternoon snack to help you power through until dinner time. The ingredients have been specially selected to help support your body with the additional protein we all need during perimenopause and improving brain function, targeting great sleep, reducing night sweats, hot flushes, bloating and migraines.
This recipe combines two of our superhero products to help you feel the whole SheBANG! through perimenopause.
- 100g hazelnuts (or your choice of nuts)
- 1tbs tahini
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 5 medjool dates
- 100g cashews
- 50g linseeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp SheBANG! Peri Hot Choccy
- 2 tbspns SheBANG! Protein POWder - Vanilla
- Handful shredded coconut.
Chuck all the ingredients in a food processer, blend until a nice chonky mix then, wth damp hands, roll into balls and let set in the fridge for 30 mins!
Too easy for how yummy they are and will nourish your peri body through the day.
NOTE: You can reserve the shredded coconut to roll the balls in at the end or add to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. OR you can do half and half 😊
