Why did SheBANG Woman products come to life? As perimenopausal women ourselves, we sought out the best quality ingredients that would soothe our own  perimenopause symptoms and something we could incorporate into our daily routine.

We are big fans of whole foods and nourishing our bodies with nutritious dense foods. We wanted to make functional foods with real ingredients that also incorporated the supplements we needed to take to reduce those pesky peri symptoms and support an ageing body. We love the ceremony of having a cuppa, taking a moment just for you - like a big nourishing, warm hug.

We’ve developed SheBANG!’s cuppas that radically impacted our own symptoms and so we wanted to bring our powerful blends to the perisister community!  From there our beloved SheBANG! was born!
