    Love the taste, right balance of cinnamon, and tumeric with added goodness to create this chai. i bought the big pack after guzzling down the samples for my daily mid afternoon treat. I do, however, wish that this would come in a vegan collagen blend.

    After months of taking only magnesium before bed with little to no effect on various night symptoms (night sweats, lack of deep sleep) and waking up feeling very foggy with morning aching joints (ankles, arms, wrists) I ordered a sample pack of the Peri Hot Choccy and had it for the first time last night. Iā€™ve woken this morning feeling like ME pre perimenopause having had a deep sleep and no aching joints as I walked downstairs to the kitchen! I did have a few bouts of night heat but I dealt with that and fell back into deep sleep quickly, waking with no morning aches. I just canā€™t believe the difference, BUT I CAN! Iā€™m now making the Peri Chai Latte to replace my morning coffee. Thank you SheBang! šŸ’›

    I brought the sample pack as I was uncertain if I would like the taste of this latte mix and it was a much cheaper investment to trial. After tasting I can confirm that I do enjoy the flavours - itā€™s subtle and very calming. Favourite ways to have this is with hot water and milk and added to a frozen banana and coconut milk smoothie. I noticed a couple of small improvements with joint pain and also bloating during this very short period. I have ordered a larger packet and am looking forward to this arriving and curious to see the possible improvements. If youā€™re curious to see if this works, I would recommend investing in you and buying a trial pack šŸ’—

    I love the flavour, I would love it more if it all mixed in to my milk as it leaves some in the bottom of my cup
