For best results, we recommend that you commit yourself to the full 14-days of the plan.
Work through all the instructions in the program and after 2-weeks you may start to notice improvements in your sleep, energy, mood and many of your perimenopause symptoms reducing in severity.
*Please note this plan may take a further two weeks for results if you have previously had a diet high in sugar and processed foods.

What will happen if I do The Great SheBANG! Peri Reboot Plan
As SheBANG!'s Clinical Nutritionist, I've created this plan using all my experience and knowledge of nutrition and perimenopause to help target some of the more common peri symptoms.
After following the plan, you may notice:

- A reduction in the severity of symptoms previously experienced.
How long before I start to notice a difference in my perimenopause symptoms?
You may start to notice a reduction in your symptoms within a week of going through the Peri Reboot Plan. However, every woman is different so it helps to see the Peri Reboot Plan as an experiment to see how you feel.
Depending on your previous diet and lifestyle, if you're still not feeling good after two weeks, we will recommend you extend the plan for another two weeks.
Do I need to take SheBANG! products as part of The Great SheBANG! Peri Reboot Plan?
